How

FLUX VFM is an accurate and field-scalable solution to estimate the gas, oil, and water flow rates produced from wells without measuring them directly. Our FLUX VFM technology is a hybrid between physics-based and data-driven models that is self-maintained. Accurate results are ensured at all times with the use of auto-calibration technology. The VFM is field-proven by multiple clients and can be extended to include virtual scenarios such as shut-in/start-up or ramp-down/ramp-up of well production.

FLUX Stability Adviser

Unstable production flow in the upstream system can cause challenges in receiving facilities that result in reduced production or even production downtime. The FLUX Adviser provides real-time assessment of current operations and offers advice on operational changes to increase production and avoid intolerable operating conditions.

The FLUX Stability Adviser assesses the likelihood of flow instabilities and guides operational changes to ensure flow performance and optimize production. The FLUX Stability Adviser combines the Turbulent Flux transient multiphase flow simulator with data analytics. Insights are presented visually and offer situational awareness and an intuitive understanding of how key parameters impact operations.

Experts can easily build models, create workflows, and validate the solutions before they are made available to end-users for consumption.

How

FLUX Applied provides access to the Turbulent Flux core technology as Software-as-a-Service. The service offers access to the Turbulent Flux transient multiphase flow simulator as well as workflows for e.g., optimization and parametric studies. A user-friendly web interface offers model building, model management, simulation management, visualization, and data source management to connect the simulator to real-time data streams. The associated REST API enable 3rd-party applications built on top of the Turbulent Flux core technology and facilitates integration with data platforms, proprietary surveillance dashboards, and much more.

Any type of flow simulation can be started and controlled by the end-user.

Our FLUX API is actively used by partners like Cognite to develop their own applications.
